MMI O-Week

MMI started off the year strong with MMI at O-Week. Students visited the MMI stall and discovered who we are, what we do and how they could get involved.

The Melbourne Microfinance Initiative (MMI) is a student-run organisation which provides pro-bono consulting services to microfinance institutions and empowers students to make a difference. Founded in 2010, MMI is the first and largest microfinance organisation established at an Australian university. Our goal is to have a tangible social impact through our consulting services, to empower students with practical knowledge and skill and inspire students to make a social difference.
Visitors learned about the numerous social impact and consulting focussed events, international pro-bono consulting projects and how to join the initiative.
