Nanditha Krishna

Nandi is a third year Bachelor of Biomedicine student. She joined MMI in 2023 as a Project Leader on an Indonesian microfinance project with Vivienne. In 2024, she is the Vice President of Operations - overseeing People and Culture, Finance, and Sponsorships and Partnerships.

Nandi has always been passionate about social impact and challenges of equity and ethics, especially in the global health space. Having undertaken multiple volunteering initiatives in hopes of giving back, she joined MMI as she viewed microfinance as a longer-lasting solution in promoting social impact. In fact, before she joined MMI, Nandi wrote for our annual publication, The Impact Review, about the barriers of mental health and social impact in university students. Currently, in her role, she aims to refine our strategic processes, recruitment strategies and committee culture. Both in her social impact work and VPO role, there’s a core factor that she is passionate about - people. In 2024, she hopes to make MMI a space where our members feel empowered, engaged and acquaintances turn into life-long friendships.

She is notorious for spamming group chats, and never fails to remind people that she scored 95th percentile on extroversion in a psycho-analytical assessment.  Hence, she is always down to meet new people, and give a hand when she can! Don’t be afraid to reach out for a chat!
