Crêpes for a Cause: A Chance to Meet MMI's Initiatives Teams

In collaboration with Crêpes for Change (a not-for-profit social enterprise focussed on supporting homelessness among the youth), Melbourne Microfinance Initiative hosted an interactive, casual event for its members. Crepes were served for all MMI members. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with MMI committee members (initiative consultants in particular) about the work they’re currently doing. Reportedly, most participants were interested in the international consulting projects and overseas trips/site visits that MMI Initiatives teams undertake annually.

In conclusion, this was a highly successful event - consistent with MMI’s commitment to increase student engagement in regards to awareness about the impact-focused work MMI does.
